Expressions of Interest for Funding

The Council calls for Expressions of Interest each financial year from local partnerships.
Applicants are requested to use the EOI template, and to nominate whether the application is for CHIC or CD funding.

Please observe the word limit indicated. Applications that go significantly over the word limit will be required to be rewritten before being considered.

Applicants may subsequently be invited to submit a complete project application. The Southside Partnership Council will review the complete project applications and make recommendations for Project funding to the CEO, Metro South Health Service District. Note: Invitation to submit a complete application does not guarantee funding.

Note: Projects will need to address relevant health priorities set by Queensland Health (see Tips for Successful Funding Applications).
